Serendipity has continued to monitor the developments around the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Outbreak.

​

The State of California has moved “Beyond the Blueprint” which allows all industries to return to usual operations with no capacity limits or social distancing requirements (excluding mega events).

The CDC and Orange County are recommending as of July 28th, 2021, that all individuals regardless of vaccination status wear face masks while indoors. This is only a recommendation, please see below on Serendipity's current face mask policy:

• Fully vaccinated persons are not required to wear face masks (unless in certain public settings).

• Unvaccinated persons are required to wear facemasks in indoor public settings and businesses i.e. – retail, restaurants, theaters etc.

When visiting our property, we are allowing fully vaccinated individuals to self-attest that they are in compliance prior to entry onto our property. If you are unvaccinated, please continue to wear a face mask when applicable.
